Background

As part of a commitment to enhance engagement with current tourism, hospitality, events and sport management postgraduate students, CAUTHE and SMAANZ will jointly host a one day HDR conference from 9:00-5:00pm at the University of Queensland, Brisbane on 20 July 2018. The event will provide the opportunity for students to present work in a formal program, gain feedback from academics and network with other HDR students.

The program will include a panel of senior academics to discuss topics including Research impact: Communicating your findings and getting these implemented into practice. The event will coincide with the CAUTHE mid-year meeting to be held the day prior (3-5pm).

The session is open to academics and postgraduate students (Masters and PhD).
