CAUTHE Journal
The Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Management (JHTM) is CAUTHE’s official journal. The journal is committed to a broad range of topics including tourism and travel management, leisure and recreation studies and event management. It contains both theoretical and applied research papers, and encourages the submission of the results of collaborative research undertaken between academia and industry. JHTM is a 12-month delayed Open Access (OA) subscription-based journal. JHTM is now ranked as an A* journal in the ABDC list, alongside strong performance across key metrics. These include its Q1 ranking, an increased CiteScore of 14.6 (in 2026), and an SSCI impact factor of 10.1.
The Editor-in-Chief is Professor Marianna Sigala and the full Editorial Board is represented by an international and esteemed body of scholars. See the full list of Editorial Board members. The journal makes awards each year to the authors of a best paper and two highly commended papers, and the best reviewers of the year.
