12:40 – 4:00pm (Industry Engagement Forum – followed by networking drinks)

The forum is titled Trends in hospitality and tourism education and is a call-to-action for those concerned about the future of tourism, hospitality and events education. Presenters are:

1. Setting the scene: Leo Jago (TRA) with support from DEEWR and RET
2. Sector trends: Pauline Tang (THE-ICE)
3. Career pathways: Jonty Low (NTA)
4. Building a stronger future: Paul Whitelaw (VU) / Dianne Dredge (SCU)
